CCS Sydney Glass & Mirrors

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by CCS Sydney Glass & Mirrors (“we”, “our”, “us”) across Sydney, NSW.

By engaging our services, requesting a quote, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.


2. Quotes & Acceptance

  • All quotes provided are valid for a limited time and subject to change based on material availability and site conditions.

  • Acceptance of a quote is confirmed upon payment of the required deposit or agreement to proceed has been given.


3. Payment Terms

  • A 0 to 50% deposit is required (Depending on job size) to secure your booking and commence work unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing prior.

  • The remaining balance is payable upon completion of installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Failure to make final payment may incur a 10% surcharge on the outstanding balance unless prior arrangements have been made.


4. Ownership of Materials

All materials supplied remain the property of CCS Sydney Glass & Mirrors until full payment has been received.


5. Installation & Site Conditions

  • We will take all reasonable care during installation.

  • The client is responsible for ensuring the site is safe and accessible.

  • We are not liable for damage to hidden services, including but not limited to:

    • Water pipes

    • Gas lines

    • Electrical wiring

    • Communication cables


6. Risk & Responsibility

  • Upon completion of installation, all glass, mirrors, balustrades, splashbacks, shower screens, and partitions become the responsibility of the client.

  • The client is responsible for ongoing maintenance, care, and protection of installed products.


7. Damage Disclaimer

  • While care is taken during installation, we are not responsible for damage to:

    • Existing flooring

    • Tiles or staircases

    • Surrounding finishes


8. Timeframes

  • Standard turnaround time is approximately 2–12 working days, depending on project scope, material availability, and workload.

  • Timeframes are estimates only and may vary.


9. Delays & Rescheduling

  • Installation may be delayed due to:

    • Weather conditions

    • Supplier delays

    • Unforeseen site issues

  • In such cases, installations will be rescheduled to the next available suitable date.


10. Warranty

  • We provide a 7-year workmanship warranty on all installations.

  • This warranty does not cover:

    • Misuse or accidental damage

    • Improper maintenance

    • External impacts after installation


11. Liability Limitations

  • CCS Sydney Glass & Mirrors is not liable for:

    • Indirect or consequential losses

    • Delays outside of our control

  • We do not accept claims for liquidated damages or retention payments unless agreed in writing.


12. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information for quoting and installation

  • Ensure timely access to the property

  • Make payments as agreed

  • Act in good faith throughout the project


13. Variations

Any changes to the agreed scope of work may result in additional costs and revised timeframes.


14. Cancellations

  • Cancellations after deposit may incur costs for materials, labour, and scheduling.

  • Any refund is at the discretion of CCS Sydney Glass & Mirrors based on work already undertaken.


15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking unless prior arrangements have been agreed to in writing.

When is final payment due?
Upon completion of installation unless otherwise agreed.

Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, we provide a 7-year workmanship warranty.

How long does installation take?
Typically between 2–12 working days depending on the project.

What happens if there is bad weather?
Your installation will be rescheduled to the next suitable day.

Are you responsible for hidden pipes or wiring?
No, we are not liable for hidden services, though we take all reasonable care.

By proceeding with a quote, paying a deposit, or allowing work to commence, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.
